Carpet and hard floor protector is put down in all the areas where work is carried out such as the stairways. Not only this, but any high contact areas such as the banisters and the acorns. The rip out can now begin.

The structure and integrity of the room is checked before any plumbing, electrical and plastering work is carried out. Something we always do when installing a bath is create a reinforced frame and bridges under the tub itself. Reducing any drop when full and being used, increasing the rooms lifespan. Tiling begins as soon as the preparation work is carried out.

As you can see from above, the photos from our contemporary Crosby remodel really speak for themselves. The high level of quality in the finish is what separates good bathrooms from the great bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with how this project went from start to finish.
