Hello from all of us at Stunning Bathrooms. We’re finally back with another work blog for you all. Before we get into that, we would like to use this opportunity to wish you Health, Safety and Compassion During the COVID-19 Pandemic.
This job was unexpectedly brought forward from a later date due to a leak that had sprung under the bath. After the demolition phase of the project was completed, the structure of the room was checked for its strength and integrity following the leak and all necessary work to prevent any wood rot in the future was undertaken. When it comes to ensuring the health and safety of the bathroom and home, no stone is left unturned.
Our customer, Lucas, wanted to make the room feel more spacious so when planning and designing the new layout of the bathroom, it was obvious that the go to choice would be creating a walk in glass shower enclosure. To make the most of the space we had available, we wanted to make it as big as possible whilst still allowing other features to shine through. A 300mm x 300mm square rainfall head and handheld shower head were installed to fill the new space with water.
A concealed cistern rimless toilet was installed with the latest in siphon technology to reduce water waste. A Anthracite towel rail with matching valves and a grey gloss wall hung counter top vanity unit with a free standing oval bowl and LED waterfall tap were installed to finish the room.
Under normal circumstances, the pride and satisfaction felt upon completing every new job is the highlight of every job. However, showing the customer their new bathroom and putting a smile on their faces in these times gives us an even larger sense of pride at the work we do.
